The site is developed by Mr. Brij Bhushan Bhatia an educationist, chairman of Parmarth (Charitable Trust) running a Public School since 1999. He is also serving as an education and career consultant since 2001.

He observed during the time that most of the candidates are unaware of good short term courses or know only bit of them which can enhance their knowledge professionally and can get them into a career with a handsome salary. He guided them after understanding the need of the candidates facing the challenges of uncertain future and help them through counselling to find out the correct blend of their individual strength and match them to career choice. He tries to give most informed guidance in critical process of career decision so that they reach at the right decision and also help them in process of admission in the right institute. The candidates after completing these short term courses are placed in reputed Hotels, Hospitals, Airlines, Banks, Insurance companies etc.
